Having been in the business of exports, OEMs, defence and railways for more than 50 years Echjay’s quality systems were well designed and continuously improved upon over the years. Certifications like ISO… PED etc.… simply accredited the company with finest quality standards desired by our customer. Echjay has developed a two set approach for its product quality control process. There is a general quality guideline which is common for all products be it upset forging components, deep drawing forging or hollow forged components, closed die forgings, machined components or gears of different types, and the second is specific to each of these categories. Over and above this Echjay has quality parameters for machine performance and accuracy maintenance. The continuous improvement projects handled by various teams are sometimes process driven like improvements in cutting, forging, heat treatment, machining or gear generation and other times specific to components like stainless steel flanges, stainless steel forged stub ends, axles, pinions, ring gears and so forth.
